Massport is the agency which maintains governance over security standards and their observance at Boston's Logan Int'l. Airport. Massport now requires that all private chauffeurs wait for their clients outside of all terminals at all times. Additionally, Massport mandates that all limousines remain at a designated limousine waiting area. This area is often located at different places relative to each terminal.

Passengers must call us at 866-726-2241 upon exiting the terminal, at which point the vehicle will then be released from the Massport holding lot adjacent to the terminal.
Terminal B2	American American Eagle Spirit Air	Due to Massport regulations, vehicles must be active in loading or unloading at curbside and are not permitted to wait for any duration of time. Passengers must call us at 866-726-2241 upon exiting the terminal, at which point the vehicle will then be released from the Massport holding lot adjacent to the terminal.
Terminal C	Air Tran Cape Air Jet Blue Midwest Express Charter Arrivals (Domestic)	Due to Massport regulations, vehicles must be active in loading or unloading vehicles at curbside and are not permitted to wait for any duration of time. Passengers must call us at 866-726-2241 upon exiting the terminal, at which point the vehicle will then be released from the Massport holding lot adjacent to the terminal.
Terminal E	Aer Lingus Aero Mexico America West Air Canada Jazz Air France Air Jamaica Alitalia American (Int'l only) British Airways Icelandair Lufthansa KLM SATA Swiss TACA Virgin Atlantic Airways Northwest ALL INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS	Exit the terminal at door number three (3). Cross the roadway to the designated limousine parking area. Your chauffeur will be with the vehicle.
